This role is within Strategy Development in the Strategy, Performance & Sustainability Function.We are the dedicated strategy team for the Nationwide Group, responsible for shaping the future direction of the UK's largest building society.
As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be working collaboratively across the business to bring together insights and strategic thinking, to help set direction for the Society and business areas, creating clear and actionable plans to be tracked and delivered.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office. If you are based in Swindon, please note you would be required to attend our Londonsite once per week.
