Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative for our Ryde, Isle of Wight branch. You’ll support customers in person, over the phone and online, handling everyday transactions and queries with care. The role is permanent, full-time at 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with Tuesday closures at the branch you’ll cover primarily by phone.
Training is provided, with a focus on exceptional service, digital tools and fair, customer-first guidance. A local commute within 45 minutes is expected.
