Nationwide is recruiting a Customer Consultant for the Rotherham, South Yorkshire branch. This permanent full-time role (35 hours per week, Mon–Sat) focuses on delivering strong customer experiences in branch, over the phone, and via digital channels. Training is provided to ensure success from day one.
You’ll help customers with everyday banking, guide use of digital tools, and support a seamless journey across services while working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of service.
