We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support 2-3 Directors within Business Banking. You should be highly organised, able to work under pressure, manage confidential information, and provide proactive support to senior leaders. We offer hybrid working, with at least two days per week onsite at either Northampton or London office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide diary management, coordinate meetings, appointments and complex travel arrangements.
- Reprioritise schedules, support communications and events, facilitate onboardings, manage expenses, invoices and HR administration.
- Maintain organisational materials, and quality-check materials for presentations.
About you:
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
- Evidence of experience in an executive support role.
- Highly professional approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with c-suite colleagues.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on own initiative.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
