We are seeking a dedicated Customer Representative to join our branch team in Lymington. The role is permanent, part‑time (16 hours per week) and is scheduled on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The branch is closed to the public every Tuesday; on those days you will support customers over the phone on our savings line and provide general banking support. The successful candidate will live within a 45‑minute commute of the branch and will be expected to attend a 3‑week induction period during which no holiday can be taken.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the branch, listen to their needs and offer friendly, trusted help with their banking.
- Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, keeping customer needs, security and fairness front of mind.
- Guide customers through banking products and services that are right for them, helping them to manage their money with confidence.
- Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch environment, supporting one another to deliver excellent service at peak times.
- Follow processes, spot potential issues and escalate concerns where required to protect customers and the business.
- Maintain a high standard of face‑to‑face service, ensuring customers feel supported, respected and confident in their banking.

- No prior banking experience is required, but a passion for customer service is essential.
