We are seeking a People Services Administrator to join the Post Offer Team within People Services on a 7-month secondment basis. As a People Services Administrator you will provide high-quality consistent advice whilst administering processes within the team maintaining defined framework SLA’s.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
As a People Services Administrator, you'll work closely with colleagues across Recruitment and People Services to deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll manage and prioritise your workload to meet project deadlines and service levels, while building effective relationships with third-party suppliers and key stakeholders.
The role includes administering offers and contracts for internal candidates and external Early Careers hires, responding to enquiries from candidates and hiring managers, and resolving day-to-day recruitment queries and issues. You'll ensure accurate data entry in PeopleCloud and work in line with GDPR and FCA/PRA regulatory requirements.
You'll provide a high standard of customer service by collaborating with colleagues across People & Culture, while maintaining knowledge of UKVI right-to-work requirements and visas to provide appropriate guidance. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, creating and updating how-to guides, and supporting the training and cross-skilling of team members.
About you
As a minimum you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, being able to write clearly and concisely, be confident and persuasive in verbal presentations
- To act with integrity to manage confidential and sensitive cases with utmost professionalism
- The ability to analyse information from a range of sources
- Well-developed collaboration skills, being able to build strong working relationships with the wider HR teams to ensure a seamless service delivery
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
