We are looking for an Account Opening Team specialist in Business Operations to deliver excellent customer experience and manage high risk queries. This role is based in Northampton with hybrid working. If you are nearest to Glasgow, you will connect weekly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to business account opening customers.
  • Manage high risk and/or complex queries ensuring risk compliance, internal processes and external regulations are met.
  • Resolve all queries to satisfactory conclusion and escalate issues to Front Line Managers when necessary.
  • Proactively seek ideas to improve work and reduce cost through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience of the Account Opening processes within Business Operations.
  • Exceptional customer service ethic with focus on excellent customer outcomes.
  • Experience in delivering work to meet key performance indicators in an operations environment.
  • Ability to ensure adherence to the 'one best way' process and quality control using operational excellence tools and techniques.
  • Experience of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical knowledge of the regulatory environment (Financial Services regulatory SLAs etc).
  • Ability to build relationships with Relationship Managers to deliver for customers.
  • Great attention to detail to ensure quality standards.
