This role is within the Business Banking Operations Onboarding team which is responsible for managing customer applications by completing appropriate due diligence checks for business current account and deposit products whilst also delivering a simply brilliant experience to ensure our customers have the best possible onboarding experience. This is a 5-month secondment opportunity.

For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Northampton, Swindon or Bournemouth office. Responsibilities:
- Managing applications from customers for either business current account or business deposit products undertaking end to end due diligence to ensure we fully understand the customer and the business before we open the account for them.
- Following a contact strategy to make sure our customers are kept informed and engaged at every step of the journey.
- Managing different pipelines daily including new applications, returned customer information and internal approvals to maximise the opens achieved to support ongoing commercial growth.
- Assessing the risks of onboarding the business and customer and ensuring we make the right decision to keep the business safe.
About you:
- Experience undertaking due diligence for customers including Know Your Customer and Know Your Business checks.
- Knowledge of our business banking processes and products.
- Telephony or face to face experience of supporting customers.
- Risk management and mitigation awareness.
- Experience of managing multiple workstreams at one time.
