We are looking for a Customer Consultant for our Virgin Money branch in South Shields, Tyne and Wear. This role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, working full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. If advertised as part-time, salary will be pro-rata.

Our Customer Consultants play a vital role in serving our Virgin Money customers. In this customer-facing role, you’re the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and support with everyday banking needs. You build relationships, solve problems, and make a real difference to our customers’ lives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcome our valued customers to the branch and help them use our digital services.
  • Educate them on the benefits these services bring.
  • Resolve any banking queries they may have, conversing to understand their needs and propose the best solutions from our range of products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers have the right expert advice when needed.
