We’re seeking a Workforce Performance & Productivity Consultant to play a key role in shaping the future of Retail Services through insightful analysis, meaningful engagement, and strong operational delivery.
In this role, you’ll lead small to medium initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement and embed a culture of service excellence, using insight to guide Retail teams toward the priorities that matter most. Working across multiple functions, you’ll build effective partnerships, support channel owners with clear action plans, and deliver concise, impactful reporting and communications that align with business goals.

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites.
