Making a meaningful difference for our customers, every day. As a Customer Representative you will support customers in person, over the phone and online, handling everyday transactions, answering queries and guiding them to banking services and digital tools that make managing their money easier. Your role will adapt to the needs of different customers and situations.

Where you’ll be working: Lincoln branch, Lincolnshire (address: 325 High Street, Lincoln, LN5 7DW, GB)

Job Details: Permanent position, full‑time 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. You must be within a 45‑minute commute of the branch you will be working in. Your first three weeks will be full training; no holiday may be taken during this period. Your start date will be confirmed once an offer is made. We may close this advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications. From 1 July 2026, the minimum salary will be £26,500.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs, offering friendly help
  • Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, keeping customer needs, security and fairness front of mind
  • Guide customers through banking products and services that are right for them
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times
  • Follow processes, spot potential issues and, where needed, raise concerns to protect customers and the bank
  • Help keep face‑to‑face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street
