Nationwide is hiring a Performance Manager to provide oversight and enhance supplier performance supporting customers in financial difficulty. You’ll manage supplier performance and seek continuous improvement across customer journeys. This is a 12 month secondment with hybrid working.
You’ll be based at a regional office or hub, with regular in-person collaboration at Leeds, Gosforth or Glasgow about once per month. Glasgow-affiliated plans start from 1 April 2027.
