The Fin Care Team Senior Analyst role is primarily responsible for supporting the FCT (Financial Care Team) in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring we are compliant and up to date with our own internal policies, support the delivery of all aspects of change and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our Integration Programme.
The Senior Analyst will support root cause analysis around themes identified from the Enterprise Outcome Testing and Quality Checking Teams, ensuring robust action plans are put in place to ensure our customers receive the best possible outcomes.
The role holder with work with key stakeholders to ensure we remain compliant with our internal policies, with attestations completed in a timely manner and that any actions raised are tracked through to completion. This will include maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures across the department, ensuring they are kept up to date, accurate and compliant with regulatory expectations. Through the use of data, the role holder will support root cause analysis of complaints, to identify themes, trends and opportunities for improvement through action plans.
The role holder will be expected to have an intermediate knowledge and understanding of credit card collections processes and procedures.
This is a 24-month secondment opportunity.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
The Senior Analyst must be a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who thrives on dealing with challenges and working in a fast-paced environment. They will be accountable for ensuring any changes within the department (regulatory, system or continuous improvement) land smoothly, without negative impacts on our customers or the bank.
You must have a keen eye for detail and be analytical in your approach to data, identifying trends from complaint analysis and drafting appropriate supporting action plans.
The Senior Analyst is expected to have detailed knowledge of collections processes and procedures, with desire to get things right first time. You will be familiar with drafting standard operating procedures and will ensure these are updated and maintained for the Financial Care Team.
About you
The minimum requirements for the role are:
- Recent collections operational experience
- Recent credit card experience

Supporting and contributing to the delivery of all changes activities within FCT, ensuring these land safely with no customer or bank detriment

Completing root cause analysis around themes identified from the Enterprise Outcome Testing and Quality Checking teams.

Completion of any internal policy attestations, taking accountability for the delivery of any supporting action plans

Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures across FCT

Complaint root cause analysis, implementing supporting action plans to reduce complaint volumes.

Ensure the customer is at the heart of all actions and decisions through producing and maintaining accurate standard operating procedures

Key point of contact for process queries across FCT, taking accountability of and these and supporting work to resolve any problems that may occur

Driven to continual self-improvement and development, ensuring up to date with latest changes to policy and procedure
