As a Customer Representative, you will make a real impact from day one. You’ll be a key part of the branch team, supporting customers in person, over the phone and online. This role is a permanent position, working full or part-time (32.5-35 hours per week), Monday to Saturday. It requires a commute within 45 minutes of the branch.

What you’ll be doing:
- Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs, offering trusted, friendly help with their banking.
- Handle transactions and queries accurately, keeping customer needs, security and fairness in mind.
- Guide customers through banking products and services that fit their needs, helping them manage money with confidence.
- Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch environment, supporting delivery of excellent customer service at peak times.
- Take responsibility for doing things the right way, following processes, spotting potential issues and escalating concerns as needed.
- Play a vital role in keeping face-to-face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street, helping customers feel supported, respected and confident.
