Nationwide is looking for a Customer Representative to work part‑time (17.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) at our Ilkeston branch in Derbyshire. The role is permanent and works across all channels – in‑branch, phone, and online – to support customers with transactions, product applications, and digital banking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle transactions on the till and support product application processes.
- Manage inbound calls and web enquiries, providing first‑class service.
- Educate customers on digital services and the benefits of Nationwide’s product range.
- Provide customer support through phone, online chat, and in‑branch encounters.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow procedures for banking and customer data.
