As a Business Transformation Readiness Specialist, you'll work closely with Retail Operations colleagues and their stakeholders, helping to develop, shape, and deliver transformation within our Glasgow-based Operations team. You'll help to navigate change, assess capabilities, and identify gaps, ensuring alignment to Leadership expectations. You will be ambitious about transformation and lead development at every opportunity aligned with all integration activity.

More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected. For this job you'll be located at our Glasgow hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events. This is anticipated twice a week in Glasgow.
