We have an exciting opportunity within our Business Banking Operations Team for a Business Operations Onboarding Support Officer to join us. As a business operations onboarding support officer you will be responsible for supporting a range of activities that enable our customers to either apply for or progress for business current account and savings products, delivering simply brilliant experience at every point of the journey for our customers and ensuring whenever customers need support we provide this as quickly as possible.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Glasgow office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer applications by ensuring all required documentation and due diligence is completed whilst also delivering a simply brilliant experience to ensure our customers have the best possible onboarding experience.
- Opening business current and savings accounts for customers as part of our customer journeys.
- Managing inboxes to support customers through both telephone and email and ensuring information returned is passed to the associate managing the application to open the account as soon as possible.
- Reviewing returned customer paperwork to ensure this is correct to enable the application to begin being worked by an associate.
- Following a designated contact strategy to keep customers informed and provide a simply brilliant experience at every stage of the customer journey.
About you:
As a minimum requirement, you’ll have:
- Experience undertaking due diligence for customers including Know Your Customer and Know Your Business checks.
- Knowledge of our business banking processes and products.
- Experience with the Siebel system.
- Understanding of current account switch process.
- Telephony or face to face experience of supporting customers.
- Experience of managing multiple workstreams at one time.
