Exciting opportunities exist within our National Sectors team to shape and grow the Health & Social Care business within Business Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Health & Social Care Sector and the leadership team, managing team tasks and deadlines across multiple locations.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance and governance, supporting central administrative tasks such as invoicing, action items from meetings, and data collation.
  • Coordinate and manage events, logistics, invitations, invoicing and overall activity management.
  • Deliver diary management for the team, arranging meetings (face‑to‑face and via MS Teams) and scheduling performance reviews.
  • Evaluate stakeholder requests and support the Head in fulfilling key priorities.
  • Resolve system queries, troubleshoot issues using the internal network and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Represent the team at external events and meetings, supporting broader organisational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision‑making and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assimilate, understand, and present information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating a best‑practice service environment that drives customer‑oriented solutions.
