Nationwide is seeking an Economic Crime Investigator in its Fraud Contact Team.
You will speak with customers by telephone to assess potentially suspicious activity, using skilled questioning to build trust and determine fraud.
Training is provided, with a focus on supporting customers and protecting their money.
The role is part-time (30 hours/week) with evening shifts 5pm–11pm and one Saturday every two weeks. Hybrid working is offered with space for collaboration across the UK.
