Our Customer Representative role supports customers across all channels, from in‑person transactions and inbound phone calls to digital product applications. You’ll provide first‑class service face‑to‑face, over the phone and online – training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle transactions at the counter and educate customers about digital banking services.
  • Assist customers with queries via phone, chat and email across multiple channels.
  • Promote and support the use of digital tools and applications.
