At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role involves supporting our customers with our services across all channels. This includes transactions on the till, handling inbound calls from customers, and supporting product applications through digital sales. Providing first-class service in person, via phone, and online is essential, and training will be provided.
This is an important role within the branch, and teamwork is crucial. We need a Customer Representative for our branch in York, North Yorkshire. This is a permanent position working full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. You’ll need to be within a 45-minute commute of the branch you’re applying to work in.
Your training will be based virtually in branch, designed to ensure your success in the role. The first three weeks are vital for your career journey with us, and we ask that no holiday is taken during this time.
