At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role is responsible for supporting customers with our services across all channels, including transactions at the till, handling inbound calls, and supporting product applications through digital sales. The role provides first‑class service in person, by phone, and online. If you are new, you will receive training. This role is a permanent full‑time position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. You should be able to commute within 45 minutes of the Coventry branch. The role requires a commitment to training during the first three weeks, with no holiday taken.

Responsibilities

  • Handle in‑branch cash and teller transactions.
  • Handle inbound calls and online customer queries.
