At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role enables you to support customers with services across all channels. Transactions happen at the till, allocated time for inbound calls, and supporting product applications through digital sales. The role delivers first class service in person, via phone, and online – you’ll receive training to provide consistent support. This position is a permanent, full‑time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, at the Crewe branch. You must live within a 45‑minute commute of the branch. Your initial training will be virtually within the branch. The first three weeks are crucial to your success; no holiday may be taken during that period.
