Join us as a Communications Consultant and play a key role in developing and delivering compelling communications that inform, inspire, and connect our colleagues. You’ll work at pace within a small, creative team to plan and deliver high-impact content from written messages and presentations to digital, video, and live events.

No two days are the same: you’ll flex from operational updates, such as launching new propositions, to shaping webcasts and supporting major cross‑functional initiatives. Sitting within Retail Services, a 5,000-strong team dedicated to delivering simply brilliant experiences for our customers, you’ll help our customer‑facing colleagues feel connected to our purpose and equipped to excel.

We’re looking for a collaborative, energetic communications specialist with experience managing multiple projects, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to stay calm and creative under pressure. At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.

For this job you’ll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites.
