As an events professional, you’ll design and deliver key events, experiences, and activations to engage colleagues and leaders across the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event ideation, planning, coordination, and execution to deliver memorable experiences that help increase employee engagement, connection to purpose, and motivation.
This role is within the Group Customer and Communications Function, which is responsible for building and maintaining Nationwide’s brand and reputation both for customers and colleagues.

We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.
