This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven TS2 specialist to step into a highly visible leadership role, managing an established team of configuration experts and subject matter specialists while shaping strategy, driving change, and influencing key stakeholders across the business.
You’ll provide technical leadership across major change programmes, product launches, platform integrations, and configuration assurance activities, ensuring card products, customer journeys, regulatory requirements, and operational processes are implemented accurately, safely, and compliantly. Working closely with partners such as FIS, you’ll lead complex TS2 initiatives, guide configuration delivery, and use your problem-solving expertise to minimise customer impact and operational risk while ensuring the platform continues to perform reliably for our members.
To succeed, you’ll bring extensive hands-on experience of the TSYS TS2 platform within card payments, card processing, or financial services, alongside strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. You’ll be confident leading teams through complex challenges, acting as the go-to TS2 SME, and driving successful project delivery from a TS2 perspective. Experience supporting large-scale platform migrations would be advantageous, but most importantly, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in a role that offers excellent scope for growth and career progression.
