Overview
Branch Manager – Dovercourt, Essex. Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday). Candidates must live within a 45‑minute commute from the branch.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train the branch floor team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage branch performance, meeting FCA standards and achieving the business plan.
- Monitor and analyse branch activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services and promote them to customers.
- Use the bank’s computer systems and processes efficiently, as trained.
- Support the management team and participate in training programmes.
Qualifications
