This is a rare opportunity to join the Landlord Product and Pricing team who are responsible for managing Nationwide's Buy-to-Let mortgage proposition. Buy-to-Let mortgages are a hugely important part of Nationwide and are managed by The Mortgage Works (TMW), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nationwide and the UK's largest Buy-to-Let lender in 2024.

In this role, you will be at the heart of the product and pricing team, working closely alongside the Product Manager to review trading performance and then propose and implement product and pricing changes. From new business acquisition to customer retention, you will use a combination of data analysis and stakeholder engagement to drive forward the right customer and commercial outcomes.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual that is looking to grow a career in product management and pricing. This role offers a wide variety of opportunities, with exposure to many different parts of the organisation and senior leadership.
