Responsibilities

• Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs
• Working at height safely on a daily basis
• Cladding, commercial traditional and industrial roofing maintenance
• Guttering repairs / replacement
• Must be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends as required
• Availability to be on call on a rota basis
• Willingness to learn new skillsGood communication and customer service skills
• Pride in workmanship and accountability
• Utilising portable devices to undertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports on completed works

Requirements

• IPAF (1b 3a eb)
• CSCS labourer or skilled worker
• PASMA
• Driving licence (required)
• First aid
• SSSTS
• NVQ (slating & tiling / sheeting & cladding)

Essential Skill

• Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance, identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing & commercial sheeted roofs)
