Overview: We are looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead our project delivery function. You will oversee a team of Managers, Project Managers, and Project Engineers balancing workload, supporting commercial performance, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing project delivery team, including coaching and performance management.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximise utilisation and delivery performance.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring programme, cost control and quality standards are met.
- Monitor progress and act as the escalation point proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the full project lifecycle.
