This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held roles such as OFSTED Children's Residential Home Manager or Children & Young Persons Home Manager.

What You’ll Need:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care – Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing a children’s residential care home
  • Strong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards
  • Lead, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassion
  • Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agencies
  • Champion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reporting
