Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market mapping and research for senior and executive-level searches
- Identify and source high-calibre C-suite and senior candidates across multiple channels
- Approach and engage senior professionals with confidence and credibility
- Assess candidates against client briefs, ensuring alignment on capability and cultural fit
- Build and maintain long-term relationships within relevant leadership markets
- Work closely with Consultants throughout the search lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes
- Prepare thorough candidate reports, profiles, and shortlists for client delivery
- Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems
- Provide insight on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Researcher, Senior Researcher, or similar role within executive search
- Strong experience sourcing, shortlisting, and speaking with senior and C-suite candidates
- Demonstrated track record supporting end-to-end executive search assignments
- Confident communicator able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience delivering senior or C-suite search assignments for private-equity backed organisations
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong storytelling ability when presenting candidate insights
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
