Deputy Registered Manager role in an OFSTED Children’s Residential Home supporting young people. Lead a children’s residential home, support staff, ensure OFSTED compliance, and create a safe, nurturing, child‑centred environment.
We’re seeking a compassionate, confident and motivated Deputy Registered Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering exceptional care, ensuring compliance, and creating a safe, nurturing, child‑centred environment.
