The Role
- Handle customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channels
- Manage orders, returns, replacements, refunds and account updates
- Work closely with 3PL / fulfilment partners to chase deliveries and resolve issues
- Support product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixes
- Collaborate with Marketing on B2C campaigns and customer messaging
- Deliver exceptional service across phone, email and webchat
