Customer Service Advisor – eCommerce Marketplaces

1 year fixed term contract

Location: Easily commutable from Stoke-on-Trent (ST6), Newcastle-under-Lyme, Crewe (CW2), Sandbach, Alsager, Congleton, Nantwich, and surrounding Staffordshire/Cheshire areas.

The Role

  • Handle customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channels
  • Manage orders, returns, replacements, refunds and account updates
  • Work closely with 3PL / fulfilment partners to chase deliveries and resolve issues
  • Support product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixes
  • Collaborate with Marketing on B2C campaigns and customer messaging
  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email and webchat
