About You
You’re an experienced, motivated Home Manager who knows how to run a high-quality older people’s service. You bring:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, governance, and compliance
- A confident leadership style that motivates and develops teams
- Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
A passion for person-centred care and positive resident outcomes. We’re looking for an experienced home manager; you’ll also either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5. You will have leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and extensive experience of conducting risk assessments.
