This is an exciting opportunity to join an established firm, looking for a motivated, qualified solicitor or lawyer with a background in family law.

Due to the continued success and recognition of our Family Law Department, we are seeking a qualified solicitor/lawyer to join our Warwickshire team.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage a caseload and deliver outstanding client care. Ideally, you’ll bring post-qualification experience or equivalent expertise in family law, with a strong track record in:

  • Divorce and financial remedy applications
  • Children Act matters
  • Injunctive relief
  • Advocacy and direct client representation
  • Experience in Nuptial Agreements and cohabitation matters would be an advantage.
  • Resolution accreditation, Law Society panel membership, collaborative law membership, or mediation experience will also be welcomed.
