A long-established Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Wills & Probate Lawyer or Private Client Legal Executive to manage a varied caseload across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters.

The Role

  • Manage a full caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts and Tax Planning
  • Handle files from instruction to completion
  • Deliver clear, responsive client advice
  • Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel and internal quality standards
  • Support business development and represent the firm professionally

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years’ experience)
  • Strong background in Private Client / Wills & Probate work
  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Knowledge of SRA Standards & Regulations, AML and Lexcel
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
