Job Title: Evening Cleaner Location: Medical Unit, in BD23 2AG Hours: 2 hours per day, every evening (Monday through to Sunday) Pay: £11.50 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening Cleaner to join our team at the medical unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities: * Clean and sanitize patient rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces * Disinfect surfaces, including countertops, door handles, and medical equipment * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors * Empty and dispose of trash and medical waste * Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper * Follow all health and safety regulations * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Requirements: * Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in a medical or healthcare setting * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Good communication skills * Reliable and punctual Benefits: * Competitive pay at £11.50 per hour * Consistent evening hours * Supportive work environment If you are a hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness, we would love to hear from you.
