HGV Class 2 Driver / Operator

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Driver to extend their skills and become a Driver / Operator in our Specialist Vehicle mount division. As a Driver/Operator, you will drive the vehicle-mounted access equipment to site and operate it in line with customer requirements. This could involve setting up a camera crew at a sporting event, lighting equipment on a film set, or providing access for window cleaning at height.

In this role, good customer service skills are essential, along with an HGV class 2 licence. Full training in the operation of our equipment will be provided for the right candidate. The role requires extreme flexibility with working hours, with no set shift pattern.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary including shift allowances and overtime, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and life assurance. Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service are essential.

  1. Hold a HGV class 2 licence.
  2. Have a head for working at heights.
  3. Be flexible with working hours, including some nights and regular weekends.
