This role sits within Group Customer & Communications; a critical area focused on delivering best-in-class financial promotions and advertising for our customers. You’ll join our central Financial Promotions team, helping to make sure promotional activity across Nationwide is engaging, customer-focused and meets regulatory requirements.
As a financial promotions subject matter expert, you’ll provide clear, pragmatic and solutions-based regulatory advice to colleagues across the organisation. You’ll use your detailed knowledge of financial promotions requirements to review and provide guidance on advertising and promotions, helping to ensure they are engaging, enable customers to make informed decisions and meet regulatory standards. Working closely with our marketing, digital, advertising, product, risk and legal teams, you’ll provide expert advice, offer constructive challenge and help drive consistently high standards across all promotional activity.
The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.

For this role, you'll be based at your nearest regional office or hub. We value time spent together to connect with colleagues for collaboration so there will be a regular requirement to attend our Swindon or Bournemouth site approximately once per month. If you are based at an office location, you'll be expected to meet our hybrid working requirement of at least two days a week, or 40% of your working time if part-time, in the office.
