We're looking for experienced Senior Analysts to join our team on a permanent basis. You'll play a key role in providing insightful analysis and recommendations that support decision-making, shape strategic initiatives and help ensure our products, services and propositions continue to meet the needs of our members.
Working closely with managers, senior leaders and colleagues across the business, you'll analyse performance, customer and market data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Your insights will help influence business decisions, support proposition development and contribute to the delivery of key strategic objectives.
You'll be responsible for producing robust management information, forecasting future performance and translating complex data into meaningful recommendations for senior stakeholders. You'll also support change initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvement and work collaboratively across teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial awareness and the confidence to communicate complex findings clearly to a range of audiences. You'll use data, modelling and insight tools to investigate business challenges, develop recommendations and help drive continuous improvement across the function.
Customer outcomes remain at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for individuals with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with large datasets and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, evidence-based recommendations. Experience using analytical tools such as SAS, alongside strong Excel and reporting skills, would be highly beneficial.
Please note that Senior Analyst roles may support a variety of business areas across the Society. While responsibilities may vary depending on the team, all roles focus on using data and insight to support strategy, improve performance and deliver better outcomes for members.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.
The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.
