This is strictly roadside assistance — there is no accident towing required.

The role requires adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and a strong commitment to safety including:

About You

We want to hear from enthusiastic individuals who are excited about working in a collaborative and friendly environment. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • At least an DC driver’s licence- with a clean driving record
  • A minimum of 12 months driving experience with heavy vehicles
  • NSW Tow truck drivers' certificate
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding areas
  • Flexible availability, including after hours and interstate work
  • Strong customer focus and a knack for providing excellent service
  • Critical thinking skills to make quick decisions on the go
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
