The predicted salary is between 33280 - 33280 £ per year.

Weekly 1 hour face to face meetings in Crawley, RH10 on Wednesdays for the training period from April. From July covering for maternity leave for 9 months+, for 4 hours on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am-1pm. Weekly meetings in the office in Crawley on Wednesdays. Working from home on Thursdays and Fridays. Must be within 30 minutes drive of RH10. After the 9 month maternity leave period, there is an opportunity to work as a permanent part-time, home-based administrator for a different branch. £16.00/hour starting salary.

Tasks include:

  • Speaking to clients on the phone, explaining the cleaning service, answering questions and taking their details.
  • Allocating a cleaner to them.
  • Texting cleaners and clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving problems.
  • Updating the Google spreadsheet.
  • Occasionally printing and posting information packs, letters and cleaner application forms from home.
  • Ordering paper, envelopes, stamps, and printer ink.
  • Checking the bank statement each week.
  • Payment chasing with one phone call and then letters to follow.
  • Occasionally covering for your colleague's holidays.

Essential Requirements:

  • Friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work by yourself
  • Have a basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Google spreadsheets
  • Must own a computer or laptop
  • Must be available on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning
  • Must be within 30 minutes drive of RH10
  • Customer service experience is essential.

There can sometimes be difficult situations to resolve e.g a cleaner doing a bad job or not turning up. Full training and ongoing support provided. Self-employed initially.
