Nationwide Building Society is seeking a Sustainability Strategy Manager to lead the portfolio‑wide sustainability strategy, translating ESG goals into actionable plans that drive measurable improvements across a large, multi‑site estate.

You will own sustainability performance, governance and reporting, ensuring compliance with MEES, IFRS and TCFD, while embedding robust systems, policies and data processes. Hybrid working with two days in the office.
