Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
This role offers exposure to a wide range of activities across the team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate monthly provision reporting, alongside leading ad hoc analysis to understand and explain key provision movements. This will include presenting clear, insightful explanations at forums and to senior stakeholders.

In addition, you’ll undertake larger, deep dive analytical reviews where strong communication skills will be essential to translate complex outputs into clear messages for stakeholders with varying levels of expertise.
A key part of the role is leading reviews of provision model adjustments, involving the assessment and challenge of underlying assumptions and methodologies. You will be expected to form well-reasoned recommendations and present clear, evidence-based justifications to stakeholders.
There will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior analysts, helping to develop their technical and analytical capabilities, while contributing to the overall quality and consistency of team outputs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present complex information in a clear, structured, and persuasive way
Proven ability to manage timelines, track delivery, and proactively escalate risks or issues where required
A proactive, self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of solving problems
