As a Security & Resilience Analyst, you’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team who drive for stronger Incident Management and Business Continuity capabilities across Nationwide. You’ll play a key role in supporting continuous improvement across the Business Continuity (BC) and Incident Management (IM) team and the wider group. This will include supporting Post Incident and Post Exercise reviews and the management of subsequent actions. In addition, you will support with metric and control reporting, risk reporting and quality control activities. The role will also support integration activities, notably in exercising respective teams against threats and risks they face into. Alongside this there will be the opportunity to support in the incident response on-call team, where the necessary training and support will be provided.
The team supports with the training of incident management procedure across the wider group and in exercising individuals and teams. As well as supporting the incident management activities we also support the Business Continuity team with third party key control assessments, tooling support and metric reporting. Analysis of all these activities to answer bespoke questions can be required at any time to support Senior Stakeholder needs. ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the Continuous Improvement Team and will have a key role enhancing Incident Management and Business Continuity capabilities across the organisation, whilst also getting involved in the delivery of Post Incident and Post Exercise Reviews including tracking and reporting of agreed actions. You will support the monthly reporting for BC and IM controls and metrics, and when required support updating Metricstream and conducting ad-hoc analysis. As part of the role, you will support the on-call incident management rota, following all training and exercising requirements and the Business Continuity third party due diligence assessments, tooling support.
