Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and coordinate programme governance by maintaining plans, trackers, risks, and action logs—ensuring all activity is aligned with frameworks and programme priorities, utilising JIRA. Additionally, you will support the delivery of people-focused change initiatives, from design through to implementation and ensure high-quality execution by working closely with the Programme team to keep all activity well-managed, coordinated, and controlled. A key part of the role will be to collaborate with stakeholders across Nationwide to drive engagement and ensure successful adoption of change and you will also facilitate colleague engagement and feedback, supporting sessions that capture insights and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Furthermore, you’ll be expected to champion best practice in change management, helping to embed structured, consistent approaches across initiatives and preparing polished slide decks.
About you
