We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Lead Engineer to help shape and develop the Power Platform Hub.
This is a senior engineering role for someone who combines hands-on Power Platform experience with accurate judgement, ownership and the ability to turn unclear demand into practical, deliverable outcomes.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
You will play a key role in the ongoing development of the Hub, working with engineers and stakeholders across the society to support the effective use of Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
Working across a varied portfolio of initiatives, you will provide technical leadership and help ensure solutions are practical, sustainable and aligned with agreed standards. You will be comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, challenging assumptions constructively and balancing immediate needs with longer-term outcomes.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to influence others, apply sound engineering judgement and support the growth of capability across teams. You will help create an environment where knowledge is shared, good practices are encouraged and teams are empowered to deliver effectively.
About you
As a minimum requirement, you’ll have:
Hands-on experience working with Power Platform technologies in an enterprise environment
Experience delivering and supporting business solutions using low-code technologies
Practical understanding of platform governance, including access control, DLP, licencing, capacity and usage
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID as it relates to Power Platform, including security groups, environment access and app permissions
Excellent technical judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of improving ways of working and building capability in others
Experience with Copilot Studio, AI-enabled automation or agent-based use cases
