Data & Reporting Manager in Swindon

Data & Reporting Manager in Swindon

Swindon Full-Time No working from home possible
Nationwide Building Society
Description

As a high-performing Data & Reporting Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of data, reporting and performance insight across the Facilities Management (FM) function. You’ll play a critical role in transforming operational property data into meaningful, actionable insights that enable informed decision-making, support regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence across the organisation.

Working closely with Facilities Management operational teams, Regional FM Leads, suppliers, and key internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure that performance, cost, risk and

compliance are effectively monitored and clearly understood. You’ll take ownership of reporting frameworks and data governance, ensuring that data integrity, security and quality standards are maintained in line with regulatory and industry requirements.

You’ll help Nationwide achieve its strategic objectives by providing robust oversight of FM data, supporting performance management, and identifying opportunities for improvement through insight-led analysis. This includes defining KPIs, benchmarking supplier and operational performance, and leading performance reviews to enhance service delivery.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant policies and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 55001, SFG20 and IWFM guidance, as well as ensuring adherence to UK GDPR and data security requirements. Through your oversight of the risk register and leadership of root cause analysis activities, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement in data management processes and risk mitigation.

Acting as a key point of contact for data and reporting within the FM function, you’ll collaborate across teams to resolve data quality issues, shape reporting outputs, and provide expert insight that supports operational and strategic decision-making - helping to deliver strong customer outcomes and a well-controlled, compliant environment.

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 21 and 35 hours.

At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK-wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. This is anticipated to be weekly in Glasgow. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
