We have an exciting opportunity for two Consultants to join the Supplier Testing Team within Business Services. The team are responsible for planning and delivering assessments of our high risk suppliers against a range of Operational and Conduct risk categories, and engage with a broad set of stakeholders both internally and externally.
As a Controls Testing Consultant, you’ll take end to end ownership of a number of supplier tests within the annual plan, and deliver these to time and quality in line with the methodology. Your assessments will detail the effectiveness of controls and provide assurance that our suppliers are meeting the requirements set out in the contract and NBS supplier policy. Where gaps are identified, you’ll present recommendations for remediation and work with the business area to ensure the supplier progresses an action plan in a timely manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, driven individual with an analytical mindset, who is conscious of the importance of controls, keen to develop across multiple risk categories, and confident engaging with stakeholders of all levels.

Extensive on the job training will complement your existing experience and give you the knowledge and skills you need to be able to thrive in the role. The varied nature of testing is supported by an ongoing Route to Competency.
